• A well-groomed appearance is essential
• Appropriate and decent clothing is required. Tracksuits, work clothes and football shirts are not allowed. Head gear is also prohibited within the club.
• Customers must keep their shoes on at all times. Club Xendo can not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to not wearing footwear.
• Security ensures a homogeneous composition of the audience, fostering a good and relaxed atmosphere.
• No entry for individuals in possession of and/or under the influence of drugs. Drug use inside and outside the club is strictly prohibited. No excuses. We enforce a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy.
• No entry for individuals in possession of weapons, pepper spray, knives, etc. Items that can be used as weapons will be confiscated. The decision of the host in this regard is final.
• No entry for individuals in a state of drunkenness.
• No entry for individuals who have caused disturbances in the past or have been involved in fights.
• No entry for individuals who have caused any form of disturbance in the vicinity of the club.
• No entry for individuals who bring tension and/or aggression in any form.
• The club opens its doors at 10 PM.
• Disrespecting the queue or attempting to influence the doormen will result in immediate and permanent denial of access to the club.
• Bringing in drinks and/or food is not allowed.
• It is absolutely prohibited to trade or distribute goods of any kind in or around the club, nor promotional material (flyers, posters, etc.).
• Consumption must be limited to inside the club. Taking glasses or bottles outside is prohibited.
• As a measure to protect one’s and others’ safety, clothing may be searched/detected for drinks and weapons. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of access to the club.
• Unwanted intimacy/disturbance and/or offensive behavior are reasons for removal from the premises.
• Remaining in the parking lot after closing time results in immediate denial of access to the club.
• In case of disagreement or argument, it is mandatory to immediately inform the security team.
• Threats, intimidation, or any other form of aggression are strictly prohibited.
• Acts and statements indicating racism will result in a ban.
• As a safety precaution, it is mandatory to deposit coats, handbags, backpacks, umbrellas, and helmets at the cloakroom. Coats will not be returned without proof.
• The club cannot be held liable for any injuries, material, and immaterial damage caused by other visitors.
• In the club, despite our precautions and cleaning, broken glass may still be present on the floor due to spilled glasses. Customers must, therefore, always wear their shoes. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents and injuries resulting from not wearing footwear or wearing inappropriate footwear.
• Violation of the house rules may lead to removal from the club.
• In situations not covered by the house rules, the management decides on possible measures to be taken.
• Maximum capacity is respected.
• Presenting a valid + original identity card (no photocopy) is mandatory upon request for age verification. Minimum age: 18 years.

The security is executed by GTB SECURITY BV. GTB SECURITY BV is insured against physical or material damage caused by security agents.
